HughesNet® Return Policy

If you decide that you do not want HughesNet® satellite Internet service before your scheduled install date, please call us at 1-800-499-3242 and cancel your order. You will not be charged.

On the day of your scheduled installation, a certified HughesNet installation technician will bring all necessary equipment to your home or office. If you decide that you do not want HughesNet satellite Internet service after the installer has arrived, please tell him or her that you would like to cancel your order. The technician will complete all necessary paperwork and cancel the order for you. As long as you cancel before installation and activation, you will not be charged.

Once your HughesNet equipment has been installed and activated, you are obligated to a service agreement. If you decide to cancel your services prior to the end of your contract, you will be required to pay early termination fees. You will be subject to an early termination fee and, if you are on the lease plan, asked to return all of your equipment to HughesNet.
